Client Termination Policy

At Relax for the Body and Soul Massage Clinic, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and staff. While we highly value each client relationship, there are situations that may necessitate the termination of a client. Termination may occur under the following circumstances:

1. Inappropriate Behavior: Clients engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior that breaches our code of conduct, thereby creating an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for our staff or other clients, may be subject to termination. This includes sexual harassment even in its smallest form. This encompasses any deliberate efforts or actions aimed at initiating or creating sexually inappropriate situations.

2. Non-Payment: Clients consistently failing to remit payment for services, resulting in outstanding balances, may face termination until outstanding payments are settled.

3. Failure to Disclose Relevant Medical Information: Clients failing to provide accurate and complete medical information, especially when it poses safety concerns, may be terminated for their own well-being.

4. Frequent No-Shows or Cancellations: Clients repeatedly missing appointments or cancelling with insufficient notice, thereby affecting our scheduling and causing disruptions to our therapists' schedules, may face termination.

5. Failure to Comply with Policies: Clients consistently disregarding our policies and procedures, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, safety protocols, and the code of conduct, may be subject to termination.
